A FREE NHS analytics and data workshop

​After dozens of successful analytics and data workshops for the NHS over the last two years that have been provided up and down the country in partnership with Microsoft, it is now time for the first of 2019!

Our workshops are designed to give BI and operations decision makers the information they need to provide their trust with a proven approach to improve operational and clinical performance in a trust.
We have real world examples of reports for; theatres, outpatients, ED being demonstrated on the day, high-level overviews of the direction the Microsoft technologies are heading towards from Microsoft data experts, as well as guest NHS speakers.

Thomas brings with him a wealth of front-line NHS operational knowledge and experience from ten years with the NHS as a senior manager in a range of commissioning, community and acute organisations. He began his NHS career through the NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme where he worked with national bodies and leading consultancies to develop strategies that have helped deliver safe, high quality care to patients. Most recently Thomas has combined his experience with advanced analytical skills to deliver remarkable outcomes. These include top performing elective waiting times, nationally recognised winter plans, benchmarking tools and award-winning workforce planning and optimisation solutions.
