Technology Enabled Business Change

We believe that technology can only deliver its maximum potential benefit if the business adapts itself accordingly. Interim Management

Knowledge management is the process of ensuring the right information is available at the right time across the organisation and that people have access to the knowledge they require. CMA Associates has an innovative approach to delivering both technology and non-technology knowledge management projects, based on our understanding of the sector.

We have partnered with Cloud2 to deliver intranet solutions to the NHS.
